Fantastic car rental experience! The car was very new, clean, and in great condition. Everything went smoothly throughout the rental.

We had a bit of an unexpected situation when returning the car and were almost at risk of missing our flight. We called the rental company, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. They guided us through everything and helped us sort it out quickly, making the return process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their help, we made it to the airport and caught our flight in time!

Fantastic Service from Garry and Team. The car runs like butter. The pickup and drop off was very good too from airport. We had a little issue with child seat but Garry was very supportive with that. Rented a Mitsubishi Triton for a week in Queenstown and BCR made the experience super easy! I miscalculated my flight landing time and they were easily able to accommodate me out of their opening hours which made picking up the car a breeze. I also was able to return the snow chains I had rented and since I didn’t use them I was offered a full refund which was incredible. When I dropped off the car I was in a rush to the airport and their complimentary shuttle was still a while away so one of the staff members personally drove me to the airport.
